1. Dispatch Time: Your order will be swiftly dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) after we receive your payment.
2. Delivery Time: Anticipate receiving your order within one or two days after dispatch. We’re all about efficiency!
3. Peace of Mind: In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, rest assured—we’ve got you covered. We’ll promptly issue either a full refund or a replacement.

We’ve got your back if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s the lowdown on our return policy:

1. Returns Window: You’ve got 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
2. Condition: Returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags intact.
3. How to Return: Shoot us an email at Returns@Jayslamtechnology.co.za to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once that’s done, we’ll arrange a courier pickup.
4. Refunds: After inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund. Allow up to 7 working days for it to appear on your credit card statement. We’ll keep you in the loop via email.
5. Exceptions: For defective or damaged products, reach out to us at Returns@Jayslamtechnology.co.za for a refund or exchange.
